Mike Kurz is an educator and leadership strategist with experience in executive programs with top universities and financial institutions. He blends industry knowledge with research to help leaders and teams build their strengths.

After completing his Masters of Legal Studies in Wealth Management at Texas A&M University School of Law, Mike began working towards his Educational Doctorate in Leadership and Learning in Organizations at Vanderbilt University focusing on cognitive shifts through sensemaking, team dynamics, and modern leadership challenges.

Mike explores leadership development research and frameworks tailored to financial professionals, helping advisors, executives, regional directors and teams navigate growth and relational complexity.
